Recently I published a book, based on an actual event in my life, to do with doctor’s arrogance and cover up, as I experience it in Dublin Hospitals, in the 1960’s. It is a serious book. I called it The Foxhunter. It is selling on Amazon and in local book shops, so really I can’t complain.

Thinking it should be doing better of course, a scammer organised an Amazon Performance Audit Report of me. This came in only at the end of December and I have to say it impressed me. In a six-paged document, it outlined the various short comings that The Foxhunter suffered from. These, in the main, had to do with positioning, Or in other words the book’s visibility out there in this overcrowded marketplace. This in turn, had to do with our old friend – search engine optimisation or SEO. In the main, these had to do with the book’s cover and how I describe its contents.
My question here is this: How much credence can we author’s give to Amazon Performance Audit? I have to say however, I’m inclined to concur with its findings and to act on them.
